Example: $110 gift card is good towards a $100 treatment $130 gift card is good towards a $120 treatment -Gift Cards Purchased through Stripe and Square charge higher processing fees that are paid by the purchaser at the time of purchase and Lakeside does not cover the fee -Your use of this gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms: Gift Cards may be applied toward a purchase listed on the Gift Card at Lakeside Massage and Wellness Studio. It is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or replaced if lost or stolen. -Gift Cards cannot be refunded - $110 gift card cannot be used towards a 60 minute cupping session that costs $110 dollars. If a 60 min cupping session is booked and a customer is trying to redeem a $110 gift card, an additional $10 will be charged at the time of service. - Additional amounts remaining on gift cards will be applied as account credit or the customer may leave the additional as a tip to the therapist -Gift Cards are only redeemable for 1 year from the date of purchase
* Memberships clients must book their next monthly massage immediately following their monthly appointment. If a massage is not booked and you are on a monthly membership, your card will be automatically billed on the 1st of the month. Your card will need to remain on file for auto billing
* 3 month minimum commitment upon sign up
* Memberships are on a flexible month-to-month contract and may be frozen or cancelled for any reason at any time after fullfilling your 3 month commitment.
* All unused pre-paid massages can be transferred as a gift OR rollover to the next month. Pre-paid massages never expire.
